Before I reached Instalaw, I was stuck in a B-Cat prison 300 miles from home on a recall for behaviour concerns. The parole board ludicrously gave me a knock back and a 18 month target till the next hearing. I was recommended Instalaw by a friend in contact with Simon Howland. He advised me to hold firm and assured me gaining release. He immediately got me transferred to progression regime unit. Ensured the prison were prompt in providing HCR20 and was persistent in contacting the parole board, ensuring a swift re sitting of 2nd hearing. At the hearing, he was able to demonstrate to the board that pipe hostile and D-CAT was not necessary and argued for my straight release to an approved premises for a 8-week period and no additional license conditions. Receptionists and support case manager- Summer were always available to answer calls and support and advise where necessary. And on the achievement of my re-release on IPP license Simon Howland further took civil action against the parole board for unnecessary delays for several thousand pounds, enabling me to rebuild my life and re settle without financial constraints. I highly endorse and recommend Instalaw to anyone unfortunate enough to find themselves trapped in the dealings of the shocking and broken British justice system. As I write this with the sunshine on my skin, seeing my children and family as a free man.
